Here we go into Part 4 of the HVAC business plan. By now you have possibly found some gaps that you are now aware of and can begin working on. In this video we will cover the SWOT assessment. This allows us to think about what makes us different, where we can improve, what opportunities we should look out for and what could throw the business off course. Thinking about the SWOT in our business is extremely beneficial so we can ensure we make sure that we continue doing the things that work and we identify things that will stop us in our tracks.
