Even if when the pandemic is over, more than likely, this change in consumerism will forever be changed, even when things are “back to normal.” We see how shopping from home has become extremely easy and convenient for many more things that we realized.
To provide insight on how Gen Z and Millennial shoppers discovered and bought items in an online environment, The Influencer Marketing Factory recently conducted a study of 350 consumers in order to see how their preferences have shifted when it comes to social media, products and consumer behavior.
