Google Analytics 4 is a new version of Google Analytics that has different reports than what you’re using to seeing in Universal Analytics properties. An advantage of GA4 is that it can be used for a website, an app, or both a website and app together.

Unlike Universal Analytics, a Google Analytics 4 property incorporates User ID natively across all reporting, analysis, and insights. It doesn’t require User-ID reporting view.
