The newest version of Google Analytics is just what it sounds like – new and improved. GA4 ads new analysis technology without requiring any additional code, and is fully functionality and is the default property type when creating a new Google Analytics property.
If you’re using UA on your website, upgrading is easy. First, go to google.com/analytics. Navigate to your preferred account. Under the property column, select “Upgrade to GA4.”
Standard Universal Analytics properties will no longer process data on July 1, 2023, so make sure you’ve done all you need to do to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible.
