Some SMBs Learned Social Media Marketing By Just Doing It

\"\"/

In a survey of over 400 entrepreneurs, SkyNova discovered that 70% of SMBs learned about social media marketing simply through guessing. 42% of SMBs admitted to copying other brands, while 39% took advantage of free online tutorials. Over a third of the SMBs who participated in the survey went off of intuition.

This is an interesting, because typically, you\’d assume that anybody who is well versed in social media marketing would have had some level of prior training prior to doing it, or at least had assistance while doing it. But not every gets the chance or opportunity to learn from an already experienced person or team.
