No matter what got you into doing SEO, there can be things that you will both love and hate about it. One of the things that you probably don’t have much love for is the reporting process.
According to a poll done done by Aleyda Solis, the least favorite SEO related activity is reporting,
Although the reporting itself isn’t fun, those who do like reporting are the decision makers – the people who assess the SEO process investment and overall success. To be fair, the effective ness of SEO reports will be the key difference between getting a raise or getting fired, and we don’t want the later to happen.
In the end, reporting is a critical component to any SEO campaign, so it’s best we just grin and bare it. So, if we’re going to have to do reporting, we might as well do what we can to make it a success, right?
