Phones, especially smartphones, have always been an important part of any business, whether you’re taking business calls from clients or other businesses, but now, it’s even more important. In a forecast by BIA Advisory Services, that over 170 billion inbound mobile calls to US businesses would happen in 2020.
Because of the pandemic, people in the US have been using the phone now than ever before. According to Google My Business, a record 61% jump in consumer calls occurred during the first half of the year.
