As many of you know, Google made an announcement that Universal Analytics will officially retire and stop processing new hits on July 1, 2023. Marketing teams have until that date to find analytics alternatives for website analytics. In Google’s case, they’re making it easy for you to stay.
When it does sunset, Universal Analytics will be fully replaced with Google Analytics 4. When that happens, you’ll have access to your previously processed data through US for at least six months.
