With things getting a bit back to normal after over a year long stint with the pandemic, I think we as individuals are doing our best to reevaluate our priorities. After all, over 600,000 people chose to quit their jobs back in April.
Naturally, we aren’t the only ones doing that – businesses are also doing the same. They are restructuring how they do things as well a figuring out new ways to incentivize people to come back to work.
