According to data from chartr and Edison Research, more and more people in the US are regularly listening to podcasts. The number of podcasts that are available year after year are also on the rise.

Because there is an increase in podcasting overall, that also means that there is more advertising in podcasting, as well. Did you know that in 2019, $710 million was spent by advertisers in order to market on podcasts. According to data published by Statista, it’s estimated that by 2024, that advertising spending will jump to $1.6 billion.
