Case studies are important to businesses and a variety of industries. They all us to generate new ideas. They are niche-specific, they position your brand as authoritative, provide social proof and can help explain how problems are solved.

Sterling Sky was able to work with a local personal injury lawyer who previous had 50 service area pages targeted toward each location they had by a previous SEO company in order to rank for each location. But unfortunately, the execution of that SEO company was poorly done, as the newly added pages included these characteristics:

  1. Very similar content.
  2. Created with the intent to rank in those cities.
  3. No links.
  4. No traffic.

After looking over the site, Sterling Sky deleted the pages, 301’d the pages to the main site pages, and soon began seeing big increases in local pack rankings for “social security disability attorney.”
