On April 14th, Google reported that auto-applied Google Ads recommendations have have been formally dispatched. This feature is “rolling out the option to apply recommendations automatically” where there will be over 17 recommendations to choose from that can be applied within the Google Ads settings.
Once opting in to the feature, advertisers can apply a subset of recommendations to your account, all of which will be automatic. As per Google, allowing this to happen will mean that your account performance will be improved, thus saving you time.
Auto-applying suggestions will not change your spending plan, such as increasing it, so make sure that you take the time to check the recommendations page as you usually would to make sure the budget isn’t going over.
