In the recent ‘Future of Shopping’ report from Facebook, there seems to have a huge decrease in consumer brand loyalty, along with altered shopping processes that are making many of them to seek out new options, all due to the COVID pandemic.

This shift in loyalty could be due to the fact brands have adapted better to these kinds of changes, or because finding the best prices are always easier online. This could really upset brand loyalty in the long run.
