It has officially been a year since the COVID pandemic first began. Since then, more brands have been shifting their marketing to in-house. COVID has really done a number on he landscape of digital marketing. This data comes from Gartner’s CMO Spend Survey.

Last week, Jennifer Hoffman share a chart in a tweet showing over half of the CMOs surveyed got rid of their agencies and ended up transitioning to brand marketing teams.
