Brand values has always been important to consumers, but according to research from the Channel Factory, it has become even more important these days. The study shows that:
- 69% of consumers want to buy from a brand that has socially conscious causes, such as donating to charities and the such.
- 68% wants to do business with brands who wants to develop positive digital environments.
- 60% wants to buy from brands wo commit to diversity ad inclusion.
The survey is based off 1,000 consumers between the ages of 18 and 65. 53% of those surveyed were women and 47% was men.
