Consumer Support Brands That Can Do Social Well

Brand values has always been important to consumers, but according to research from the Channel Factory, it has become even more important these days. The study shows that:

  • 69% of consumers want to buy from a brand that has socially conscious causes, such as donating to charities and the such.
  • 68% wants to do business with brands who wants to develop positive digital environments.
  • 60% wants to buy from brands wo commit to diversity ad inclusion.

The survey is based off 1,000 consumers between the ages of 18 and 65. 53% of those surveyed were women and 47% was men.
