Last week, Yelp released a brand new trust and safety site. When scrolling through the site, here is what you’ll find that informs people about:
- Its recommendation software
- Consumer alerts
- Content moderation practices
- Information about the attributes that appear on business profiles
The first ever Trust and Safety Report was also released, which shows a summary of the things Yelp has done to reduce the amount of harmful content.
