The SEO service guarantee for a website does not apply under any of the following conditions:

1) SEO work is removed from the website and/or modified absent approval by Thrive Business Marketing.

2) Website issues brought to the client’s attention and which negatively impact SEO are not resolved (or fixes are declined by client). Examples include excessive duplicate content, high volumes of low-quality inbound links, popups, mobile-unfriendly design, and poor user experience. A strategy to remedy identified website issues impacting SEO will be provided by Thrive Business Marketing. Many can be fixed by us as well. But some will need our client's involvement.

3) Website hosting issues brought to client ’s attention and which negatively impact SEO are not resolved. This includes excessively slow page load times, frequent downtime, lack of secure (SSL/TLS) hosting, or a hacked/compromised website. A strategy to remedy any identified website hosting issues will be provided by Thrive Business Marketing, including having your website hosted with our preferred, SEO optimized hosting partners, if necessary.

4) Websites served from domains that have been registered and serving general web traffic for less than three continuous months. This is due to pagerank and response time issues at Google.

5) SEO service is suspended or reduced because payments to Thrive Business Marketing are not in good standing.
